Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, and intimate or sanitary goods. Custom products like special orders or personalized items, as well as personal care goods such as beauty products, are also non-returnable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at acezziastore@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. After receiving our confirmation, send your item to the designated return address. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Faulty Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at acezziastore@gmail.com to arrange for a replacement or refund. We will cover all shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at acezziastore@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via acezziastore@gmail.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these policies by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
